![]() We welcome both original research and review articles. This Special Issue aims to highlight advancements in fuzzy logic algorithms, applications, and techniques for optimizing power quality management to evolve telecommunication systems. Thus, new fuzzy logic-based techniques, with a robust control approach, and the growth of real-time monitoring-based data analysis for power quality management are essential to regulate frequency, voltage, and power flow and optimize load management performance. Power quality management must be focused on and improved to increase reliable data transmission rates and to reduce disrupted transmissions and failures. Even though evolving telecommunication systems are planned to discard interferences, high power lines involve the risk of transmission disruptions. These vulnerabilities typically arise due to sudden increases or reductions in loads, for example, short circuits or faults, motors starting, electric heaters turning on, or increases in source impedance, which will be the root cause for disconnection in the network. The relevant electronics are highly responsive to sensitive power quality phenomena, such as voltage sags, swells, transients, harmonics, and electrical noise. However, challenges have emerged due to the build-up of data transmissions and as telecommunications systems become more vulnerable due to concerns with power quality. With the advent of 5G technology and IoT-enabled communication devices, the speed and responsiveness of wireless networks has increased dramatically. Telecommunication systems are growing at a high rate, and the ongoing growth in data transmission has been aided by the development of the Internet of Things (IoT). Moreover, advances in fuzzy logic-based control techniques lessen power quality issues and promote superior performance analysis, which in turn supports telecommunication management, comprising network management, fault management, and quality monitoring, among others. Fuzzy logic can improve the intelligence of the network and user devices, mitigating the complexity of data transfer with high-quality speed. ![]() This can ensure a power supply that is highly secured against interruptions and fluctuations and increasing power consumption, the essential features of evolving telecommunication technologies. ![]() Sustainability is key in telecommunication systems, and so there is an urgent need to optimize the energy efficiency of networks and develop efficient power management systems. Reliable mobility services and advanced traffic management are required to implement quality wireless broadband access and fixed-line network applications, and this has caused an ever-increasing growth in power consumption. Fuzzy Logic is a furry-themed advice podcast whose purpose is to help you, the listeners, in dealing with lifes problems.
